1340 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any remaining balance associated with bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse or fraud will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks.
